Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TrainerQ (the website and mobile apps), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TrainerQ is a fitness tracking and coaching tool. Nothing in the app — including workout programs, AI suggestions, assessments, calculators, or coach recommendations — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if an assessment or PAR-Q flags a health concern. You exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for training within your own limits.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which permanently removes your data.

Coaches on TrainerQ are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. We do not verify certifications, vouch for coaching quality, or take responsibility for advice given by coaches. Any payments, sessions, or agreements between a coach and client are between those parties. Coaches who create profiles for clients they train in person are responsible for having that person's consent and for the accuracy of the data they enter.

• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive content in chats or profiles.
• No impersonation, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or bypass security rules.
• No uploading content you don't have the right to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you create (workouts, photos, notes). You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display it to operate the service — including showing your training data to coaches you connect with, and your public stats on leaderboards.

TrainerQ is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Gamification elements (XP, levels, classes, gems) have no monetary value and may be rebalanced.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainerQ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including injury arising from exercise, loss of data, or interactions between coaches and clients. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app and the effective date updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
